Shipping Policy

Products are dispatched between 1-4 working days of receiving the order, and delivery is made between 2-6 days depending on the location.

We currently ship pan-India.

We also offer store pickup from our Studio (You will be contacted with details)

We dispatch our products via Standard shipping, but offer Express as well. Express shipping rates are charged as per actuals.

Shipping prices are calculated as per order size.

Return &

Exchange Policy

We do not accept any returns or provide an exchange.

Products once sold cannot be returned.

In case you receive a damaged/broken product, please email us at: hello@shopnitara.com within 24 hours of opening the parcel with images of the broken piece. In such a case, we offer an instant replacement if the product is available, or we make new piece(s) as replacement. It typically takes 30-45 days to make a new piece.

Incase a replacement is not available, we will offer a store credit.

We do not offer a refund.

Credit/Debit Card and Paypal.
